Our team
At Saneware, we work remotely from all over Germany, yet we still collaborate closely. We’re a team of developers, sales experts, and marketing professionals – united by our passion for smart software and digital health management.
We contribute our ideas, share our perspectives, and work as equals. We don’t have hierarchies; instead, we create space for initiative and creative solutions. Thanks to our structured meeting schedule, we’re always in touch – whether during daily stand-ups, in working groups, or just for a quick check-in.
Once a year, we meet in person at different locations across Germany – a perfect opportunity to grow together, develop new ideas, and get to know each other away from our screens.
